Launch of our ‘Cromlix Gourmet Experiences’ in partnership with Moët Hennessy

Join us for our first ‘Cromlix Gourmet Experience’ in partnership with Moët Hennessy. This will be an intimate dinner party held in our stunning Garden Room. Our Head Chef, Darin Campbell has created a special five course tasting menu, based on seasonal Scottish produce from the Cromlix Estate and our trusted local suppliers. Moët Hennessy have carefully selected wines from their portfolio to perfectly complement each dish.

Our General Manager, Barry Makin, will host the occasion with Charlotte Gordon, Moët Hennessy’s wine ambassador, who will introduce each wine and pairing choice.

Guests will enjoy a welcome glass of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 together with delicious canapes served in our Billiards Room before moving to the Garden Room for dinner.

The menu for the evening with accompanying wine pairings will be as follows:

A little about your Moët Hennessy host for the evening ~

Charlotte Gordon is the UK Wine Business & Brand Development Manager for Moët Hennessy, starting her career in Michelin star restaurants working as both front of house and sommelier positions. Sharing her passion for wine is at the core of her day to day role, and as a certified WSET educator (Wines and Spirits Education Trust), Charlotte hopes to inspire others by teaching in a relaxed and fun way. Although she represents Moët Hennessy’s still wine portfolio, she holds the prestigious Champagne Academy Diploma and currently sits on their committee and in 2022 was honoured as one of Harpers ‘30 under 30’ within the UK drinks industry. Travelling the world by visiting vineyards and wineries, is clearly her favourite aspect of the job, and with several harvests under her belt we are thrilled to have her share her knowledge and expertise during our first dining series at Cromlix.
