Christmas at Cromlix

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Join us at Cromlix for the festive season, as the house sparkles with fun and festivity. Feel the warmth of the open fire in the drawing room, sip on a steady supply of mulled wine and admire the garlands, twinkling lights and a Christmas tree or two! This unforgettable, three-night Christmas celebration is ready and waiting for you to unwrap.  

It all kicks off on Christmas Eve. You’ll be greeted on arrival with tea and scones, washed down with a glass of mulled wine (what else?) or champagne, if you’d prefer. You’ll then be whisked off to the rear lawn for a spot of laser clay pigeon shooting, followed by a magical evening in the chapel, where carol singers will get you into the festive spirit. Finally, you’ll take to the Glasshouse restaurant for a three-course dinner, before getting some rest while an important man in a red suit makes his rounds! 

Christmas is a day to spend with your nearest and dearest – so let us take care of the food. You’ll wake to a full Scottish breakfast, tuck into Christmas lunch later in the Glasshouse, and round off the day’s feasting with an evening buffet.  

On Boxing Day, the excitement and entertainment continues with another full Scottish breakfast, ahead of archery on the front lawn. Next, it’s on to a falconry display, before settling down to a relaxed and delicious afternoon tea – just make sure you leave room for your last Cromlix spread, a final three-course dinner in the Glasshouse.
