Finding Balance - A day of Yoga & Wellbeing
Embrace the serene beauty and grounding energy of late autumn at Cromlix, where a full day of yoga and wellbeing practices await to nurture your body and soul as we transition into the quieter season.
Led by experienced yoga teacher, Lindsey Porter, this thoughtfully designed workshop offers a perfect sanctuary to find peace and connection as nature prepares for winter's rest. The day flows seamlessly between the cosy warmth of indoor spaces and the crisp, golden beauty of the outdoors, allowing you to connect with the tranquil charm and autumn splendour of the Cromlix Estate.
What to expect:
- Gentle yoga movements with personalised variations
- Restorative practices to restore balance and seasonal harmony
- Mindful time in nature for reflection and autumn gratitude
- Breathing techniques and wellness practices to centre and ground you
Whether you are an experienced yogi or completely new to your practice, Lindsey will guide you with care, offering modifications and support tailored to your individual needs as we honour this season of reflection and inner connection.
Your day includes morning refreshments, a delicious afternoon tea served in the Glasshouse Restaurant, and a warming hot chocolate to accompany your mindful walk through the autumn beauty of the Cromlix Estate.
