A day of Yoga & Wellbeing

Embrace the luminous energy of midsummer at Cromlix, where a full day of yoga and wellbeing practices await to nurture your body and soul during this radiant season of warmth and growth.

Led by experienced yoga teacher, tutor and author Lindsey Porter, this thoughtfully crafted workshop invites you to lean into the vitality of summer. A beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe, and truly flourish. The day flows seamlessly between the warmth of our house and the natural beauty of the outdoors, allowing you to connect with the seasonal energy and restorative spirit of the Cromlix Estate at its summer finest.

What to expect:

  • Gentle yoga movements with personalised variations to suit everyone
  • Restorative practices to nurture balance and ease
  • Mindful time in nature to find stillness and seasonal celebration
  • Breathing techniques and wellness practices to uplift and ground you

Whether you are an experienced yogi or completely new to your practice, Lindsey will guide you with care, offering modifications and support tailored to your individual needs as we honour this season of vitality and self-renewal.

As one of the very first guests to experience the newly transformed Cromlix, your practice will take place in our Library, with our signature Afternoon Tea served in the intimate setting of our Study.

  • Mindful time spent outdoors in the Cromlix Estate

A little about your tutor

Lindsey Porter is an experienced yoga teacher and tutor with Yoga Scotland, with a passion for supporting wellbeing delivered in an inclusive and accessible way. She has discussed the benefits of yoga, mental health and wellbeing at Scottish Parliament, written for magazines worldwide on this topic, and is a published author.

£140 per person, inclusive of the wellbeing workshop, afternoon tea and refreshments

  • Mindful walk on the Cromlix Estate with a warming hot chocolate
  • Guided meditation

To Note

The workshop will take place from 10am to 5pm.

Places are limited to 10 participants.

All equipment is provided including yoga mats, eye pillows, blankets and bolsters. 

The workshop will be held in the Library and within the grounds of the Cromlix Estate.

Afternoon tea will be served in the Study.
