Our fine-dining restaurant is intimate and inviting, consider it a decadent cocoon if you will. With space for just 16 guests, the mood is serene, the service is intuitive, and the pace is far removed from the outside world.

Here, nature guides the menu. Executive Head Chef James Mearing and his team do the rest, drawing on the Cromlix estate and the best of Scotland's producers to put exceptional food on the plate.

Every detail, from the philosophy of the kitchen to the care of those who serve you, is carefully planned to keep you present. This is about depth, not spectacle, where food, place, and time align in a way that stays with you, the kind of dining that feels as easy as it is extraordinary.
